Do you think I should get a dog?

OK, so earlier today I was thinking of a fun survey to put on here. HAHAHA....no one even reads this, but I was just daydreaming that if I did have readers it would be an awesome survey. But I can't remember what it is really so never mind.

Anyway, we've been wanting to get a dog for a while now. But space, money, laziness etc. has prevented that. But I really want one when we get our new house with a yard. My house is going to have a yard folks. A yard that will need mowing, weeding, bark dusting, planting, weeding, weeding. I'm sure my mother will be thinking "Wow, all the things I had to practically threaten death to get you to do. Good idea, though!"

Ever since sweet angel of a dog Shyanne passed away almost exactly a year ago, honestly, something is missing in my life. Dogs are the greatest. Some months back my mom found the perfect pet for us named Yoda. Pretty much the freakin' cutest thing you have ever seen in your life, Yoda was a two year old black pug through Pacific NW Pug Rescue. I was scared at the time. What if I can't take care of him? What if I have to feed him, like regularly? What if I want to go somewhere for a while? So we didn't get him, or pursue getting him I should say (there is a rigorous adoption process. I'm sure adopting a child from Asia is easier).

Now I have pet regret. I think about little Yoda all the time and just pray that he is doing well and has a family that would love him as much as we would have. And that feeds him regularly, too.
